Nano Devices Research Group (NDRG)
Research Background
Electronic and photonic devices are continuously shrinking down to nanoscale regime. In this regime, not only power consumption can be significantly reduced, but also new phenomena are frequently invented. Using those new phenomena, novel devices can be realized. The aims of this research lab are to invent new phenomena and to fabricate new electronic and photonic devices.
